Scoring from all disciplines as well as 54 personal bests was a great way to end the RCA regular season. At the end of the meet Lowell ended up beating the host Greenville Hornets but came up 13 points short against Allendale. The Red Arrows finish the regular season at 3-3 with two of the losses being by a combined total of twenty points. These positive markers are what the team is looking for as they enter the RCA conference championship next week at Cedar Springs. One of the highlights on the day was freshman Avi Elabed hitting the regional additional qualifying mark as he ran 9:54.35 in the 3200m which is the 8th fastest time on the record board as well as good for 3rd place. Elabed’s mark makes him the fourth Arrow to hit the RAQ mark this year. Marshall Huhn was a double winner for Lowell as he captured the 800m & 1600m races as well as being a member of the winning 3200m relay team. On the day Lowell captured four individual wins as well as two relays. Lowell will travel east on Friday for the Williamston Mitch Lutzke Invitational.
