Arrows take 3rd at County Invite
The Arrows took advantage of a firm course, cold temps, and a less crowded field to capture 3rd place at the Kent Ottawa Invite held at Gainey Athletic fields. Annika Sandman captured 3rd place behind a pair of Northview runners with a time of 19:20 as Katrina Sandman also secured a top 10 finish running 20:39 which was good for 6th place. Also scoring for the Arrows were Keira Sandman (12th) running 21:12 (PR), Lauren Swain (18th) running 22:01, Theresa Judd (20th) running 22:09 (SB), Canaan McKinney (26th) running 23:11 and Kaylee Byrne (28th) running 23:21.
Other Arrows competing were Jeselyn Spaulding running a PR 24:10, Grace Richmond running 24:40 and Ariadna Sernandez running a PR 27:58.
The Lowell JV race Thursday at FHE.
Lowell Varsity is at Cedar Springs on Saturday for MHSAA Pre-regionals.
