Lowell Red Arrows Varsity lost the lead late in a 5-3 defeat to Forest Hills Central on Monday. The game was tied at three with Forest Hills Central batting in the top of the sixth when #1 singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Lowell Red Arrows Varsity evened things up at three in the bottom of the fifth inning when Xander Reisbig singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.
Logan Staley led things off on the mound for Lowell Red Arrows Varsity. He went six innings, allowing four runs on four hits and striking out eight. Kyle Teachworth threw one inning in relief.
Jaxson Carlisle, Reisbig, Brennan Palowski, Jackson Helder, and Benny Davis each collected one hit to lead Lowell Red Arrows Varsity.
